Congratulations to Michiko Francisco! She was honored last Friday night at the annual Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet. Michiko continued Tulare Western’s streak of winning the Youth of the Year Award for three straight years now! If you have ever had her in your classroom, you know exactly why she won. One of the most driven and hardworking students that I have seen in all of my years in education. Ranked #1 in her class, extremely polite and well spoken, and now studying to be an EMT! There’s no slowing this kid down. Please congratulate her when you see her!
